Easy Booking Process

Booking your magical character experience is quick and simple!

✨ Fill Out Our Booking Form – Provide your event details and character selection.
✨ Receive a Confirmation Email – We’ll send you a confirmation along with a payment link.
✨ Secure Your Spot – Complete the payment, and your character visit is officially booked!

Payment Information

To secure your magical character experience, we require a $50 deposit per character at the time of booking.

✨ Full Payment Deadline: The total balance must be paid in full at least 2 weeks before the event to guarantee your character’s appearance.

✨ Payment Methods: We accept PayPal and creditcard for all bookings.

✨ Refund & Cancellation Policy:
   •    The $50 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 30 days of the event.
   •    No refunds will be issued after full payment is made, but we will do our best to reschedule based on availability.
